Duke University Smith WarehouseThe Smith Warehouse is a former tobacco building that has been renovated. Proctor Flooring & Acoustical was contracted to provide over 100,000 square feet of sustainable carpet and resilient flooring throughout the building.
Orange County, NC Office Building This project was for a newly constructed four story county office building and library. Proctor Flooring & Acoustical installed 60,000 square feet of resilient flooring and Collins & Aikman 6-foot Powerbond Carpet. 
Duke Few Quad Dorm RenovationProctor Flooring & Acoustical provided new acoustical ceilings in all of the hallways and common areas. This included the installation of sustainable USG ceiling tile and custom Rulon wood ceilings.
