Our History
Proctor Flooring & Acoustical was founded in 1974 by the late Wes Proctor. Mr. Proctor was a veteran and a highly respected member of the Raleigh Durham community. From the beginning, Mr. Proctor focused on providing excellent customer service combined with exceptional quality of work. As his company grew, relationships were built. In fact, many of our current clients have been customers since we first opened our doors. Upon Wes Proctor's death in 1992, Phyllis Proctor became President until 2005 when Ashley Thompson purchased the company.
Today, President Ashley Thompson continues to build upon the rock solid foundation that has made Proctor Flooring & Acoustical the number one choice of local contractors.
